Equipment Fleet Maintenance Software
DZ Fleet Suite is not only for road vehicles. Crews keep compact and mid-sized equipment, trucks, trailers, and attachments in one maintenance record instead of buying a separate specialist system for each.

Typical Equipment
Equipment You Can Keep on Record
Examples of the kinds of units crews add. Your own list will differ.
Compact and small equipment
Mowers, utility vehicles, saws, generators, and pumps. Use engine hours where a meter is available, or calendar service intervals.
Mid-sized equipment
Skid steers, loaders, backhoes, tractors, and trailer-mounted machines with their own service intervals.
Road vehicles
Pickups, dump trucks, and vans tracked by miles, with an optional VIN.
Mixed fleets
All of the above in one account, each unit on the meter that suits it.
Maintenance Workflow
What the Software Does
Meter-based or calendar PM
Set each unit's primary meter to miles or engine hours, and schedule preventive maintenance by meter, by calendar interval, or both.
Work orders with parts and labor
Open a work order for any unit, assign a technician, record parts and labor, and close it with the cause and correction on file.
Serials and optional VIN
Generic assets do not need a VIN. Record unit number, make, model, year, engine and transmission serials, and up to three custom serials.
Locations
Assign units to a yard, shop, or site so each location can see the equipment it looks after.
One service history
Repairs, PM, parts, labor, and shop notes stay on the unit's record, so the next person sees what was done before.
Illustrative Example
Illustrative scenario: a shop with a pickup, a mower, and a loader
This is an example, not a customer case. A small crew services a pickup by miles, a zero-turn mower by engine hours, and a mid-sized loader by both hours and a yearly calendar date. One list shows what is due, and each repair lands on the right unit's history.
Equipment size is not fleet size
Two different questions are often mixed up. Equipment size describes the physical machines you maintain, from compact units to mid-sized equipment. Fleet size is the number of assets in your account, and it relates to plan limits: Starter covers up to 25 assets, Professional up to 100, and Enterprise is unlimited. A fleet of ten mowers and a fleet of ten loaders count the same.
