Landscaping and Lawn Care Fleet Maintenance
Lawn care and landscaping crews maintain mowers, small machines, trucks, and trailers. DZ Fleet Suite keeps all of them on one maintenance list so blades, filters, and oil changes do not depend on memory.

Typical Equipment
Equipment You Can Keep on Record
Examples of the kinds of units crews add. Your own list will differ.
Zero-turn and walk-behind mowers
Engine-hour PM for oil, filters, and belts.
Trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Tracked as units with serials and shop notes.
Trucks and trailers
Mileage or calendar PM, with optional VIN.
Skid steers and utility vehicles
Mixed mobile equipment on hours.
Maintenance Workflow
What the Software Does
Meter-based or calendar PM
Set each unit's primary meter to miles or engine hours, and schedule preventive maintenance by meter, by calendar interval, or both.
Work orders with parts and labor
Open a work order for any unit, assign a technician, record parts and labor, and close it with the cause and correction on file.
One service history
Repairs, PM, parts, labor, and shop notes stay on the unit's record, so the next person sees what was done before.
Serials and optional VIN
Generic assets do not need a VIN. Record unit number, make, model, year, engine and transmission serials, and up to three custom serials.
Locations
Assign units to a yard, shop, or site so each location can see the equipment it looks after.
Illustrative Example
Illustrative scenario: spring start-up for a mowing crew
This is an example, not a customer case. Before the season, a shop lead reviews which mowers are due by hours or by calendar date, opens work orders for the ones that need service, and records parts used. Mid-season breakdowns go on the same history.
What this page is and is not
DZ Fleet Suite tracks maintenance on the equipment. It does not route crews, schedule lawn visits, or bill customers.
