Yes. Every plan starts with a 90-day free trial. We don't ask for a credit card to start. When your trial ends, you choose a plan or your account is paused — you're never charged without explicitly subscribing.
How many users can I add? ▼
All plans include unlimited users. You're paying for your organization's account, not per seat. Add your entire fleet team — drivers, technicians, fleet managers, countermen — at no extra cost.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? ▼
Yes. You can change your plan any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Billing is prorated — you only pay for what you use.
What counts as an "asset"? ▼
An asset is any vehicle or piece of equipment you track in the system — trucks, trailers, vans, forklifts, heavy equipment. Deleted assets don't count toward your limit. If you're near your limit, you can always upgrade your plan.
Do you offer annual billing? ▼
Yes. Annual billing is available on the Enterprise plan and saves you two months compared to monthly pricing. If you'd like annual billing on Starter or Professional, contact us at helpdesk@dzfleetsuite.com.
What happens to my data if I cancel? ▼
Your data is never deleted when you cancel or pause. If you resubscribe, everything is exactly as you left it. We don't hold your data hostage and we don't have lock-in fees.
