Maintenance Workflow
What the Software Does
Locations
Assign units to a yard, shop, or site so each location can see the equipment it looks after.
Meter-based or calendar PM
Set each unit's primary meter to miles or engine hours, and schedule preventive maintenance by meter, by calendar interval, or both.
Work orders with parts and labor
Open a work order for any unit, assign a technician, record parts and labor, and close it with the cause and correction on file.
One service history
Repairs, PM, parts, labor, and shop notes stay on the unit's record, so the next person sees what was done before.
Serials and optional VIN
Generic assets do not need a VIN. Record unit number, make, model, year, engine and transmission serials, and up to three custom serials.
Illustrative Example
Illustrative scenario: pre-winter plow readiness
This is an example, not a customer case. Before the first storm, the garage lists which plows and loaders are due by hours or date, opens work orders for each, and records parts and labor. Yard locations let each depot see its own units.
