Golf Course Equipment Maintenance Software
The equipment barn needs a record of what has been serviced and what is due. DZ Fleet Suite covers grounds equipment maintenance for the shop, not turf management or tee times.

Maintenance Workflow
What the Software Does
Meter-based or calendar PM
Set each unit's primary meter to miles or engine hours, and schedule preventive maintenance by meter, by calendar interval, or both.
One service history
Repairs, PM, parts, labor, and shop notes stay on the unit's record, so the next person sees what was done before.
Work orders with parts and labor
Open a work order for any unit, assign a technician, record parts and labor, and close it with the cause and correction on file.
Serials and optional VIN
Generic assets do not need a VIN. Record unit number, make, model, year, engine and transmission serials, and up to three custom serials.
Locations
Assign units to a yard, shop, or site so each location can see the equipment it looks after.
Illustrative Example
Illustrative scenario: a mower rotation in the equipment barn
This is an example, not a customer case. A mechanic checks which mowers are approaching their hour-based service, schedules them around the course's quiet days, and logs parts and labor on each work order. Notes on a unit's record tell the next mechanic what was adjusted.
What this page is and is not
DZ Fleet Suite does not manage turf, irrigation, chemical applications, or tee-time booking. It maintains the equipment.
