This Privacy Policy explains how DZ Fleet Suite ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, platform, and mobile applications (the "Service"). Most data in the Service is entered by business customers ("tenants") about their fleet operations; we process that data on the tenant's behalf.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train third-party AI models.
When a tenant enables AI-assisted features, the content you submit to those features (such as a repair question or photo) is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. These requests are used to provide the feature, not to build advertising profiles. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features.
Vehicle location shown in the Service is the last known position reported by a tenant's connected telematics provider — it is associated with vehicles, not continuously tracked from drivers' personal devices. Tenants are responsible for complying with laws and workplace policies applicable to employee monitoring in their jurisdiction and for notifying their drivers as required.
We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, security, and remembering preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break sign-in.
We retain account and fleet data for as long as the tenant's account is active. After account closure, tenants may request an export within 30 days, after which data may be deleted from active systems and subsequently from backups on a rolling basis. We retain some records (such as billing history) as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, tenant data isolation, role-based access control, and audit logging of administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; please use strong, unique passwords and report suspected issues to helpdesk@dzfleetsuite.com.
The Service is for business use and not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The Service is hosted in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app notice) before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
