Fleet AI is an optional add-on that embeds an AI assistant directly into your fleet dashboard. Your Fleet Managers and Technicians can ask maintenance questions, get work-order diagnostic suggestions, and get fleet-context-aware answers — without leaving the app.
Fleet AI is separately billed from your base plan and available on every plan tier: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. It does not affect your base subscription and can be added, changed, or cancelled at any time.
Fleet AI responses depend on the prompt and available account context. Use the same care with information entered into AI chat that you use elsewhere in the platform; data handling is governed by the DZ Fleet Suite Privacy Policy.

Three tiers are available, priced by daily request volume. Changes take effect immediately from your account settings.

All tiers include AI chat and work-order diagnostic suggestions for Fleet Managers and Technicians.
Each tier has a daily request ceiling. This limit keeps the service cost-predictable for you and infrastructure costs manageable for us — so we can keep prices low for everyone.
There is no rollover — unused requests do not carry to the next day. Requests that fail due to AI unavailability or a network error are not counted against your daily limit.
Data packs fund your shop's voice-to-structured entry and provide extra Fleet AI capacity without changing your subscription tier. Each admitted voice recording uses one credit. Fleet AI draws from packs only after your daily subscription ceiling is exhausted, and credits never expire.
How packs work: Pack credits are stackable — multiple packs add up, not replace each other. On a normal day you use your subscription quota first; pack credits act as overflow only when the daily ceiling is reached. Pack credits have no expiration and no daily reset.

Give technicians and fleet managers a fleet-aware assistant for maintenance questions and work-order suggestions inside the platform. Fleet AI is optional and is not required for core maintenance.
Use a photo for an AI-assisted assessment of visible wear, leaks, damage, and other maintenance concerns. This is visual review, not an authoritative diagnosis or a replacement for a qualified inspection. Photos are used for the current response and are not retained in chat history.
Use available vehicle records, repair history, and open work-order context to inform maintenance questions. Answers depend on the accessible fleet data; the assistant does not know unrecorded conditions.
Generate a structured repair suggestion covering likely cause, repair steps, parts to check, and safety notes. A person reviews the suggested work; it is not an approved repair instruction.
Technicians receive hands-on maintenance suggestions; fleet managers receive operational insight and cost context, using available information and their permitted role.
Human review required. A qualified person must review AI output before repair, safety, or compliance decisions. AI suggestions are not an authoritative diagnosis. Voice intake creates structured drafts for review before confirmation; voice recordings use shop credits.
